Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: February 27, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payment cancellations, refunds, duplicate payments, and payment-related issues are handled on MoneyLoop.

1. Activation Payments

MoneyLoop users may be required to pay an activation fee to activate their account.

The applicable activation fee is displayed before the payment is submitted.

Once a payment has been successfully processed and the account activation has been completed, the payment may not be automatically reversible.

However, eligible refund requests may be reviewed according to this policy and applicable legal or payment-provider requirements.

2. Before Payment Completion

Users should carefully review the amount and payment information before confirming a transaction.

If a payment has not been completed successfully, no activation should be considered completed solely because a user attempted a payment.

3. Failed or Unsuccessful Payments

If a payment fails or is cancelled by the payment provider, the user should not be charged by MoneyLoop for a successful activation.

If a payment amount has been deducted from the user's payment method but MoneyLoop does not receive confirmation of a successful transaction, the user should contact support with the relevant transaction/reference information.

MoneyLoop will investigate the payment status.

4. Duplicate Payments

If the same activation payment is accidentally submitted more than once, the user should contact MoneyLoop support as soon as possible.

The user may be asked to provide:

  • Transaction/reference ID
  • Payment date
  • Amount
  • Registered mobile number
  • Registered email address
  • Relevant payment confirmation

Eligible duplicate payments will be reviewed and processed according to the payment provider's settlement and refund procedures.

5. Refund Requests

Refund requests should be submitted to:

Email: support@moneyloop.online

The request should include:

  • Full name
  • Registered email
  • Registered mobile number
  • Transaction/reference ID
  • Payment amount
  • Payment date
  • Reason for the refund request

Providing complete information helps MoneyLoop investigate the request efficiently.

6. Refund Review

Each refund request may be reviewed based on:

  • Payment status
  • Account activation status
  • Transaction records
  • Duplicate payment status
  • Fraud/security checks
  • Applicable payment-provider rules
  • Applicable legal requirements

Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through the applicable payment method or payment provider where possible.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the user's account may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or mobile wallet provider.

MoneyLoop cannot guarantee the exact time required by a third-party payment provider.

8. Referral Commissions and Refunds

If a payment associated with a referral commission is subsequently refunded, reversed, charged back, or determined to be invalid, the related referral commission may be reversed or adjusted from the applicable wallet balance in accordance with the platform's records and rules.

9. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

MoneyLoop may investigate transactions that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, manipulated, or inconsistent with normal platform activity.

Where appropriate, transactions or accounts may be temporarily restricted while an investigation is conducted.

Users should immediately report unauthorized transactions.

10. Chargebacks

Users should contact MoneyLoop support first regarding payment problems so that the transaction can be investigated and resolved where possible.

Unauthorized or abusive chargeback activity may result in account review or suspension.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Cancellation of Account

Users may request closure of their MoneyLoop account by contacting support.

Account closure does not automatically create a right to refund previously completed payments.

Any pending eligible financial transactions will be reviewed before final account closure where necessary.

12. Policy Changes

MoneyLoop may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy when necessary.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
